Painting is one of humanity’s oldest crafts. When oil paint is mixed in the Meissen studio and vigorously applied to the canvas with a palette knife, it is a purely analog, deeply emotional process. For this first volume, we digitized 60 paintings from our travels through Norway and Cornwall and presented them to Gemini, a highly advanced AI. Our goal was not mere, mechanical image recognition, but a genuine, profound dialogue.
